Our goal is to understand their needs as thoroughly as possible – their environment, market, culture, values, history – anything that will help us find the best possible candidate for our client’s need.

In partnering with a professional search firm such as DPI Recruiting, you will receive thoroughly-screened candidates, the result of our extensive research. We may talk with dozens of candidates and interview 10 or 15 for each open position. We then present 1 to 3 of the best qualified and screened candidates for your consideration. We won’t inundate you with paper or give you a stack of resumes to wade through.

DPI Recruiting is flexible and willing to adapt to your screening procedures and unique needs. We provide diligent follow-up and follow-through, throughout the process. We seek to build client relationships, not just “make deals”.
